Our 52% bar has notes of rich caramel and sweet blackberry.  It is made with a  mild, organic trinitario cacao from Hacienda Azul in Costa Rica. Winner of  Silver Award in the 2017 International Chocolate Awards and a Silver Award at the Academy of Chocolate 2017 Awards.
